We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new coach car park as part of a wider development. Following completion of the civils package, the role will progress into the delivery of new padel tennis courts.
This is a hands-on site management role requiring strong civil engineering and groundworks experience, with full responsibility for site delivery, safety and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
* Delivering civils works including earthworks, drainage, surfacing and external works
* Managing temporary works in line with project requirements
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
* Coordinating labour, plant and materials
* Maintaining site records, RAMS and progress reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils / infrastructure projects
* Strong background in groundworks, drainage and external works
* Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) ticket – essential
* SMSTS and CSCS
* Ability to manage works from civils through to finishing packages
* Strong leadership and communication skills
