Senior Electrical Estimator | M&E Building Services | East London | £90,000 £ 110,000  Package An established M&E Building Services contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator to strengthen its pre-construction team in East London. The company delivers high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London, working with a range of major clients on schemes typically valued between £2m and £10m.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to take ownership of substantial tenders, contribute to pre-construction strategy and join a contractor with a strong pipeline of London-based projects. The Company The business is an established M&E Building Services contractor specialising in the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout London. Its project portfolio includes high-quality office, commercial and mixed-use environments, with repeat business forming an important part of its ongoing workload.

The company operates with an experienced management team and provides its estimating and operational teams with the autonomy and support required to deliver projects successfully.

The Role As Senior Electrical Estimator, you will join an experienced pre-construction team and take responsibility for substantial electrical tenders across a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout London. The position will suit an experienced estimator capable of independently managing complex tenders, contributing to bid strategy and value engineering, and working confidently with clients, consultants and the wider project team.

The role is primarily office-based in East London, although the company offers a sensible degree of flexibility where appropriate. Requirements Proven experience working as a Senior Electrical Estimator, or similar role, within the Building Services sector Strong commercial fit-out and refurbishment experience Experience pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £1m to £5m Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Experience contributing to tender strategy and value engineering Strong communication skills Remuneration Package Senior Electrical Estimator Basic salary of £90,000 £ 110,000 Travel Allowance Bonus Scheme Pension Additional Benefits as well as Long-Term Career Progression Opportunities The final remuneration package will reflect the successful candidates experience and background.
