Long-term Rate: £450 - £550 Outside IR35 I'm currently working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major project in Immingham. This is a long-term freelance opportunity for an experienced commercial professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the commercial side of the project.

Responsibilities will include:
Commercial management of the project Cost reporting and forecasting Change and variation management Subcontract management and procurement Applications and valuations Final accounts Risk and opportunity management Working alongside the wider project team Looking for:
Proven experience as a QS/SQS within civils or infrastructure Strong NEC experience Good understanding of commercial reporting and change Experience managing subcontract packages Ability to work independently and take ownership If you're available for a new freelance opportunity and have the relevant civils/infrastructure experience, drop me a message for more information.
