About the role:

The successful LSA will work as part of a supportive team alongside other LSAs, helping to deliver the National Curriculum within the SEN classroom. You'll usually be supporting one or two children during the day, which is a lovely opportunity to work with a range of children which will allow you to build your skills and confidence by supporting different needs within an SEN classroom setting.

About you:

Have prior experience supporting children with Special Education Needs and completed long term positions in other Primary and/or Special School settings
Provides consistent, high-quality support to help pupils access learning
Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Adapts tasks and resources to meet different learning needs
Uses calm, positive behaviour strategies to support engagement
