Are you a passionate and adaptable PPA Teacher looking for a new challenge in Greenwich?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic PPA Teacher to join a supportive, five-form entry Primary School in Plumstead, Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across all year groups, from Nursery to Year 6, providing vital PPA cover. The role is part-time, starting after Feb Half Term 2026 and running until July 2026, offering a rewarding and varied teaching experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons across all year groups (Nursery to Year
6) to cover PPA time for the teaching staff.
Collaborate with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure effective learning outcomes during PPA cover.
Support the ongoing development and assessment of student's progress in line with school policies.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status and experience in teaching across primary school year groups.
A strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum, including the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to lesson delivery.
Ability to adapt and work flexibly, covering various subjects and year groups as part of the PPA provision.
Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting the diverse needs of all pupils.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Recent teaching experience within a primary school setting is essential.
