Behaviour Mentor – Transform Lives in Education
Location:
Greenwich
Days/
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8.20am-3.45pm
Salary: £85-£95 per day
Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges? We’re looking for experienced mentors with existing experience in supporting young people with a mixture of learning needs.
What You’ll Do:- Support pupils with challenging behaviours and emotional needs
- Implement trauma-informed strategies to help pupils thrive
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create a positive learning environment
- Proven experience working with young people in education or youth settings
- Confidence in managing challenging emotions or trauma
- Ability to commit to at least 4–5 days per week / 8.20am-3.45pm
- Make a lasting impact on pupils’ lives
- Work in a supportive school environment
