Overview

The Role:

Delivering personalised, 1:1 tuition to students with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and other additional needs)

• Planning and adapting lessons to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets

• Supporting academic progress as well as confidence and engagement

• Working closely with parents, carers, and other professionals where required

• Sessions may take place in the home, school, or community settings

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN

• QTS, tutoring experience, or relevant teaching/support background preferred

• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Competitive pay between 25- 30 per hour
