The Role | Behaviour Manager:
Support the consistent implementation of the schools Good Behaviour Policy and behaviour systems. Provide targeted intervention for pupils, including those identified as vulnerable or at risk of suspension. Oversee detentions, restorative meetings, and reintegration support following suspension. Monitor behaviour data, contribute to analysis, and support investigations where required. Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and champion for engagement and progress.
