Interviews are taking place ASAPWe are seeking a committed and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEN secondary school based in Greenwich. The role involves working with students aged 11-16 who may have behavioural challenges, but not all.

This position is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or behaviour specialists, as well as individuals with a strong interest in special educational needs and inclusive education.

The Role:

A rewarding full-time Learning Support Assistant role within a well-respected school in Greenwich.
Working closely with secondary school students with learning difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.
Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.
Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.

What we expect from you:

Truly passionate about supporting young people with complex and additional needs.
Calm, patient, and resilient, with the ability to build trusting, positive relationships.
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs is desired, but not essential - the right attitude matters most.
Committed to a full-time role in Greenwich and motivated to grow within a supportive educational environment.
