The Role – Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our secondary school team. In this role, you will support teachers in the classroom and provide focused support to students, including 1:1 interventions and small group work, helping them fully engage with the curriculum and achieve their potential. You will assist with lessons, encourage positive behaviour, support students’ social and emotional development, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Additional responsibilities include supporting students with additional needs, maintaining progress records, and helping with classroom organisation and resources.
