Nurseries is a small, values‑led nursery group in Greenwich, South East London. Two of our settings are Ofsted Outstanding, and we are passionate about developing the next generation of Early Years professionals. We are now recruiting for an Early Years Degree Apprentice to join our team with an immediate start in nursery, ahead of a September start on the degree programme.
This is a genuine learn‑while‑you‑earn opportunity.
- Work 3 days per week within one of our nursery settings
- Study 2 days per week with the training provider/university
- Complete the programme over 2–3 years
- Gain a full Early Years degree
- Build hands‑on experience in high‑quality, Outstanding nursery environments

Before being enrolled onto the degree programme, you will be required to successfully complete a six‑month suitability probation period with us. This ensures the role, expectations and level of commitment are right for both you and More2
Nurseries before progressing to degree‑level study.
- Successful completion of the probation period
- Demonstrating professional capability and commitment
- Continued eligibility and acceptance onto the course
To be eligible, you must have:
- Level 3 or Level 5 Early Years qualification
- GCSEs in Maths, English and Science (grade requirements apply)
Entry onto the Early Years Degree Apprenticeship also requires:
- A separate application
- A formal interview process
- Acceptance onto the course by the university/training provider in Greenwich
Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee a place on the programme. We will support suitable candidates through the application process.
