The Role - English Teaching Assistant

For this English Teaching Assistant role, you will be supporting secondary students from KS3 up to KS5 within their English lessons. You will be required to support students in class and also may be required to work on a 1:1 basis supporting students with additional English work and interventions. Ideally, as an English Teaching Assistant, will hold an English related degree but at the least will have a GCSE in English.

The School - SEMH school

This SEMH school is found in the borough of Greenwich and benefits from being very accessible from many transport links. They cater for students from KS3 to KS5 and all students that attend the school have an EHCP for SEMH. A significant number of students also have a diagnosis of Autism, and the school provides a structured, supportive environment to meet their individual needs.
