What you’ll be doing- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Working 1:1 and in small groups, particularly with pupils who need a little extra encouragement
- Helping to create a calm, focused and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating closely with teachers and the SEN team
- Being a steady, positive presence in the classroom
- Experience working with young people, in school or another setting
- Confidence supporting additional needs such as ASD, ADHD or SEMH
- Patience, resilience and a good sense of humour
- A genuine passion for helping teenagers thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
