Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a Secondary school in Greenwich. The school is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and who has a can-do attitude. The role is open to candidates with previous SEN experience and for those who are looking to start their career in education. Although not essential the school would prefer candidates with a degree in a STEM subject.

Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

• Experience working with children and young people.
• A degree.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years

• Accredited continued professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management
• In-house Training and Development Team
