We are currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in South East London, starting in September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education professional to work across a range of year groups and subjects within an inclusive school environment.

Key responsibilities:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain on task Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting students with their learning and individual needs Working closely with teachers and other school staff The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, confident, and adaptable approach A genuine passion for supporting young people and their education Why work with Horizon Teachers?
