I am currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant in Greenwich to join a welcoming primary school and provide dedicated support to pupils with additional needs.

The RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant in Greenwich
, you will provide targeted support to pupils with a range of additional needs.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Supporting pupils with SEND
- Helping pupils access the curriculum
- Providing emotional and behavioural support
- Supporting communication and social development
- Assisting with classroom activities
- Supporting individual learning and development plans
- Personal care where required

Full-time, Monday to Friday - Salary:

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant in Greenwich will ideally have:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Experience with in a primary school or educational setting
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- A proactive attitude towards supporting learning
- A genuine commitment to inclusive education
Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs would be highly advantageous.
