In this job, you’ll lead validation strategy, drive product qualification, and support complex high-voltage power systems used in subsea communication networks. Working on-site in Greenwich, you’ll guide a small multidisciplinary team and ensure products meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance.

Skills & Experience required for the Product Validation & Qualification Team Leader Job:

* Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

* Strong background in electronics, firmware or hardware/software integration

* Product validation/qualification experience within complex or regulated systems

* Confident team leadership and mentoring ability

* Strong understanding of QMS, V&V processes and PLM tools
