An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer to join a facilities team within a secure site in South East London.

This is a static role based at a Category B mixed prison, offering long-term stability, structured hours, and secure on-site parking.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out routine HVAC and mechanical engineering maintenance.

• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults across site.

• Maintaining plant and associated mechanical systems to ensure compliance and operational performance.

• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and statutory regulations.

• Working within a secure and highly regulated environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ mechanical engineering experience.
