Supervisor, Engineering, Civil Engineering

My client are a specialist civil engineering subcontractor who are currently seeking a Supervisor with marine experience to join their team, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of marine and coastal engineering projects alongside an experienced delivery team.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Toolbox talks

* Client liaison

* Health and safety compliance

* Ordering materials

* Supervising site teams and subcontractors

* Overseeing day-to-day marine and civil engineering works

* Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification

* Coordinating plant, labour, and site activities

* Monitoring quality standards and maintaining site records

* Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager with project delivery

Supervisor Requirements:

* Black or Gold CSCS

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Previous experience working on marine, coastal, or heavy civil engineering projects

* Strong understanding of marine construction methods and health & safety requirements

* Experience working for civil engineering contractors or subcontractors

* IT literate

* Full UK driving licence
