We're looking for a highly organised Cyber Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of cyber security and technology projects across our client portfolio. The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
As a Cyber Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring cyber and technology projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with project managers, clients, internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain governance, reporting and project controls.
You will be:
Coordinating day-to-day project activities, actions, milestones and dependencies. Supporting project governance through meeting preparation, action tracking and decision management. Maintaining project documentation, trackers and audit evidence repositories. Producing reports on project progress, risks, issues and change activity. Managing RAID logs and ensuring actions are followed through to completion. Supporting change management processes and governance approvals. Coordinating onboarding, access requests and approval processes.
Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal delivery teams and suppliers. Supporting service transition and operational readiness activities. Assisting with compliance, information governance and security assurance requirements. Producing stakeholder updates, meeting notes and project reporting packs. We need a candidate with:
Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational delivery activities. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience maintaining project documentation, trackers, action logs and governance records. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. An understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, RAID management, governance and change control.
The ability to identify, escalate and help resolve risks, issues and blockers. An understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements. It would be great if you also had: PRINCE2 Foundation or other project/service management qualifications.
Experience with in NHS, healthcare or public sector environments. Exposure to cyber security, compliance, audit or risk-related projects. Experience using Microsoft Project, Planner, Service Now or similar tools. Knowledge of UK GDPR, information governance or security assurance practices. What can we offer you?
