Position: Family Law Head of Team (Permanent)
Location: Woolwich

Key responsibilities for the Family Law Head of Team role:

Care Proceedings and PLO matters
Divorce and finances
Private Law Children
Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes.

Key requirements for this Family Law Head of Team role:

3+ years PQE.
Able to lead and supervise a growing team.
Work independently and in a team.
Confident in own advocacy.
Following preferred.
Willing to pursue panel accreditation.
Proactive in networking and business development.
Experience in both Public and Private matters
