Location: Woolwich

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH Team for the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Greenwich - QSW - MASH Team - £37.52 p/h Umb

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming safeguarding contacts and referrals within a multi-agency setting.

* Undertake thorough information gathering and risk analysis to inform threshold decisions.

* Determine whether cases meet criteria for Early Help, Child in Need, or Child Protection intervention.

* Liaise with partner agencies to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.

* Provide clear rationale for decisions and maintain accurate case recordings.

* Escalate high-risk cases appropriately and ensure timely progression to relevant teams.

Working Pattern:

* Hybrid working (subject to service requirements).

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.

* Social Work England Registration.

* Previous MASH or strong Referral & Assessment experience.

* Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989 and safeguarding procedures.
