Job Overview – Senior Associate (Product Strategy & Development):
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus
Location:
Greenwich, CT
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Take on a key role with our client as a Senior Associate (Product Strategy & Development) in Greenwich, CT (Hybrid), driving product innovation, market research, and strategic initiatives across a wide range of investment products. In this position, you will lead data-driven analysis on product positioning, competitive trends, and channel growth, while shaping go-to-market strategy. You will utilize industry-leading tools (Factset, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Preqin, ISS SI) to support product development in asset management and capital markets.
Responsibilitiesas the Senior Associate (Product Strategy & Development):
- Product Strategy & Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to support product innovation, vehicle expansion, and go-to-market strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced financial tools and data analysis to identify product opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Project Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives related to product development, market expansion, and channel partnerships.
- Investment Data Analysis: Work with large datasets across alternative investments, mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and other investment vehicles.
- Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, summarize findings, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Systems Utilization: Leverage internal databases and third-party systems including Factset, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Preqin, and ISS SI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in investment management, asset management, or wealth management.

Skills:
Proficient with industry tools such as Factset, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Preqin, and ISS SI, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative approach.
