Manager, Customer Experience

The Customer Experience Manager leads store-level events, brand activations, and client relationship initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and drive sales. This on-site role partners with store leadership and corporate teams to improve client retention, customer performance, and overall store results.

• Plan and execute store events, including scheduling, budgeting, communications, production, and reporting.
• Coordinate seasonal event calendars and strategies with store leaders, corporate teams, merchants, and brand partners.
• Build community relationships and create engaging activations with clear sales goals and return-on-investment measures.
• Develop client relationships and support client development initiatives, including programs for top clients.
• Monitor client relationship and customer performance metrics, adjusting strategies to support store and client targets.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Ability to analyze data, determine actions, and present at the executive level.
• Proficiency with social media, Google Suite, Tableau, and CONNECT; experience with InDesign.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.
