Position: PART-TIME: 15 hours/week in Greenwich, CT with a 18-month-old boy
## Overview This lovely Greenwich, CT family is looking for a part-time nanny for their 18 month old son. They have a full-time nanny and she would like to reduce her schedule a bit, so that's where you come in! They are offering 15 hours/per week and are flexible on when those hours are scheduled, so long as they're on weekdays and you're working at least a 4 hour to 5 hour shift each day you work.

So for example, you could work an 8 hour day each Thursday and a 7 hour day on Friday, or five hours Wed-Fri. Whatever works best for you.

Their 18 month old is cute and high energy. The family does not have him on a rigid and strict schedule, but he does takes one 2 hour nap per day. They follow his cues, looking for when he's tired.

His room is on the second floor and he weighs 30lbs, so they're looking for somebody who can confidently lift him.###

The Ideal Candidate for this Job The ideal sitter can confidently lift 30 lbs and is an engaging, fun, and warm caregiver who will prioritize making the day great for this little guy. Driving is a nice to have, but not required. The family has a large backyard, so an outdoorsy and active candidate will do great here. You are a team player and will defer to the parents, acting as an extension of them.

They do not keep him on a rigid schedule and they do not practice cry-it-out sleep training methods.### Schedule
15 hours/week M-F. They can work with any schedule you propose, provided it's during the day and a minimum of 4 to 5 hour shifts. So it could be 5 hours/day, three days, week, or 7.5 hours/day for two days per week. Your choice.
5 hours could be on a weekend, and 10 during the week, if that also works for you### Responsibilities Everything related to the boy! The parents make all of his meals every week, so you'll just heat it up for the most part and then make some additional sides like sweet potatoes, broccoli, or quinoa. Mom or Dad will always be home for dinner, bath and bedtime routine.#####
