AC- Nanny​/Mother's Helper - Greenwich, CT

Overview

A lovely family living in Greenwich, CT is seeking a kind and active, full-time nanny/Mother’s helper for their 7 ½
-year-old twin boys and 4-year-old girl. The general schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 8pm and Friday from 11am to 7 or 8pm with flexibility. Only local candidates will be considered. Looking to hire as soon as possible.

Include, but are not limited to:

• Cooking healthy meals and snacks for the family
• Light housekeeping – The family has a housekeeper
• General household organizing and errand running
• Transport children to/from school and activities
• Assist with homework
• Oversee bedtime routines
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children
• Thoughtfully guide children through emotions and positively foster independence and good judgment
• Encourage creativity and outdoor play
• All aspects of general childcare
• Travel prep and pack
• Travel occasionally with family
• Kind, patient, and dependable
• Energetic with enough stamina to keep up with young children
• Ability to tend to all children and meet their individual needs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to provide structure in a firm but loving manner
• Awareness of developmental stages
• Comfortable cooking for the whole family
• Committed and passionate about childcare
• Proactive approach with children and household tasks

• Kind, patient, and dependable

• Previous experience in a similar role with multiple children
• Flexibility with the schedule, including holidays
• Ability to travel on occasion
• Dedicated and seeking a long‑term position – no job hoppers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pet friendly – The family has shed‑free dogs
• Ability to swim would be a plus, but is not required
• Legal to work in the U.S.

The family is offering $40 per hour DOE, PTO, $500 monthly medical stipend, and some paid holidays.
