Residential Project Manager

Representing a leader in the residential construction industry, we are searching for an experienced residential construction project manager to join their team.

You will be asked to provide a projects list documenting your residential experience in the 6,000 sq.ft. (MINIMUM) arena.

• Compiling and planning budgets, cost estimates and other financial estimates; and coordinating, planning, and managing schedules for contractors and subcontractors
• Conducting site checks to monitor progress and quality standards; and developing construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workers
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project; and negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Allocating and managing resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
• Ordering and managing materials and equipment, and providing internal reporting and projections for inventory
• Performing the tasks of a cost estimator, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, and managing the budget and estimate costs
• Supervising construction project progress and providing reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments
• Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.

• Assist with material selections
• Managing artisan subcontractors
• Maintain financial discipline on the project
• Work closely with Wall Street owners
