FESTIVAL.ORG is seeking an organised, motivated Producer to help plan and deliver its major events programme, including the flagship Greenwich+Docklands International Festival 2026. Working closely with the Executive Producer, you’ll support projects from early planning through to on-the-ground delivery—managing logistics, permissions, artist liaison, stakeholder relationships, accessibility, and site coordination. This part-time fixed-term role (scaling up during festival season) is ideal for someone passionate about outdoor arts and community engagement.
You’ll be a confident communicator with strong administrative skills, leading on engagement projects while ensuring all live events are produced safely, efficiently, and to a high creative standard.
