A national concierge service provider is seeking an Emergency Department Patient Concierge to support patients and enhance their experience during their hospital stay. You will provide comfort, communicate updates, and deliver non-clinical services, requiring strong customer service skills and empathy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year in customer service, preferably with patient care experience, and must be detail-oriented.

This full-time position is based in Greenwich, Connecticut, with a shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.
