Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Daytime Hospitalist to join the hospitalist team at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Connecticut. In this role, you will focus on providing high-quality inpatient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring continuity of care for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

Education:

• M.D. or D.O., with completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency.
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine.

Licensure:

• Valid Connecticut medical license
• Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
• Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Certification
• Must obtain attending medical staff privileges at the respective YNHHS entity.
