Our client is seeking an inspiring and visionary Early Childhood Director to lead our thriving program serving up to 148 children (part-day and full-day). We’re looking for a warm, hands-on leader who can elevate curriculum excellence, strengthen family engagement, and build a talented, stable teaching team.

• Lead our play-based, project driven program rooted in Jewish values and traditions
• Design and implement a high quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain exceptional educators
• Rebuild strong parent engagement and nurture a warm, welcoming school culture
• Oversee daily operations, enrollment, budgeting, compliance, and safety
• Partner with synagogue leadership to advance educational excellence and school reputation

Their Early Childhood Center features a Discovery Room with animals, a STEM lab, a gymnastics room, and a nurturing environment that prepares children for top independent schools. Families value both our warmth and our academic excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s in ECE/Educational Leadership preferred
• 5+ years in early childhood education, including 3+ in leadership
• Strong curriculum expertise and understanding of child development
• Experience in Jewish early childhood education or deep familiarity with Jewish values
• Proven success in staff hiring, development, and retention
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of licensing standards; NAEYC experience a plus
