Civil Engineer(Residential & Commercial Projects)
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in site plan development for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong skills in infrastructure design and site layout planning. The successful candidate will collaborate on designing stormwater management systems, septic and sewage facilities, and roadway infrastructure, while ensuring regulatory compliance and technical precision.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop site plans for residential and commercial projects, including grading, utility plans, and erosion and sedimentation control.
- Design stormwater management systems, septic systems, and sewage facilities in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work on roadway design, producing profiles, cross-sections, and plan details.
- Review and refine site layout plans, including grading, utility plans, and erosion control measures.
- Utilize hydraulic engineering principles in the design and review of site infrastructure.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and technical accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in residential and commercial site plan development.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and hydraulic engineering techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
