Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity Firm

Our client, a well-established private equity firm, is looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant for a hybrid role based in Greenwich, CT. In this position, you will support fund valuations, investor services, and tax compliance activities. This opportunity offers an excellent salary and strong growth potential.

• Review cash transactions and reconciliations prepared by fund administrators.
• Assist in the preparation and review of fund, general partner, and co-investor financial statements, including partner capital account statements.
• Analyze and interpret deal documentation for financial reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with fund administrators and communicate necessary information.
• Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds and co-investors.

• 6–8 years of experience, preferably from private equity or a mix of public and private equity backgrounds.
• Experience as an administrator or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is helpful but not required.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or Allvue is a plus.
