- Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support decision‑making.
- Prepare executive‑level reporting packages, including monthly performance reviews, board materials, and variance analyses.
- Partner cross‑functionally with business and operational leaders to drive financial accountability and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support quarterly earnings preparation and investor relations activities.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury to align actuals with forecasts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities.
- Leverage Oracle and advanced Excel skills to build and enhance reporting tools and analyses.
- (Nice to have) Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms for data visualization and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Experience working in a publicly traded company with revenues exceeding $10 billion required.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Oracle (or a similar enterprise financial system).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Highly detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, and proactive problem solver.
- Must be able to work on‑site in Greenwich, CT.
