Responsibilities
  • Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across multiple business units.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support decision‑making.
  • Prepare executive‑level reporting packages, including monthly performance reviews, board materials, and variance analyses.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with business and operational leaders to drive financial accountability and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support quarterly earnings preparation and investor relations activities.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury to align actuals with forecasts and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Leverage Oracle and advanced Excel skills to build and enhance reporting tools and analyses.
  • (Nice to have) Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms for data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
  • Experience working in a publicly traded company with revenues exceeding $10 billion required.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with Oracle (or a similar enterprise financial system).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, and proactive problem solver.
  • Must be able to work on‑site in Greenwich, CT.
