About the Role
We are seeking a Treasury Analyst or Associate to join the Corporate Finance team. This role reports to the Head of Treasury and supports the management of liquidity, banking relationships, cash forecasting, and treasury-related initiatives, along with various ad hoc projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity across the organization
- Manage and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to anticipate funding needs
- Analyze and report variances between forecasted and actual cash flows
- Support the management of short-term and long-term investment portfolios
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide analytical recommendations
- Leverage treasury management systems to improve efficiency and reporting
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of treasury technology solutions
- Assist with the rollout of a treasury management system across banking relationships
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
- Provide analytical support for special projects and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes, controls, and documentation
- Recommend and implement best practices and system improvements
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Identify, remediate, and document process gaps and internal control enhancements
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury within financial services, technology, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with a treasury management system is required
- Familiarity with ERP or general ledger systems is preferred
- Experience with procure-to-pay platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- CTP designation (completed or in progress) is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and holistically
