Job Title: Corporate Finance – Treasury Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst or Associate to join the Corporate Finance team. This role reports to the Head of Treasury and supports the management of liquidity, banking relationships, cash forecasting, and treasury-related initiatives, along with various ad hoc projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity across the organization
• Manage and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to anticipate funding needs
• Analyze and report variances between forecasted and actual cash flows
• Support the management of short-term and long-term investment portfolios
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide analytical recommendations
• Leverage treasury management systems to improve efficiency and reporting
• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of treasury technology solutions
• Assist with the rollout of a treasury management system across banking relationships
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
• Provide analytical support for special projects and strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes, controls, and documentation
• Recommend and implement best practices and system improvements
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
• Identify, remediate, and document process gaps and internal control enhancements

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in treasury within financial services, technology, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with a treasury management system is required
• Familiarity with ERP or general ledger systems is preferred
• Experience with procure-to-pay platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• CTP designation (completed or in progress) is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and holistically
