Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance

OverviewA well-established, high‑growth financial technology platform in the alternative investments space is hiring a Treasury Analyst / Associate to join its Corporate Finance team. The firm partners with wealth managers, advisors, asset managers, and financial institutions to support access to sophisticated private and public investment strategies.
The organization supports a large and growing global client asset base and operates at meaningful scale, with a strong focus on technology, process improvement, and institutional‑grade financial infrastructure.
This role reports directly into senior treasury leadership and offers broad exposure across liquidity management, banking relationships, forecasting, systems implementation, and cross‑functional finance initiatives.
Responsibilities- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across the business
- Support management of domestic and international banking relationships
- Prepare and maintain short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts
- Analyze variances between projected and actual cash activity
- Assist with oversight of investment activity and capital deployment
- Support implementation and optimization of treasury management systems
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and other finance teams to ensure data accuracy
- Identify process gaps and help strengthen internal controls and documentation
- Contribute to special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Recommend best practices and system enhancements to improve efficiency
- 2–6 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or cash management
- Background in financial services, fintech, or technology‑enabled businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting concepts
- Hands‑on experience with a treasury management system (Kyriba strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP or general ledger platforms (e.g., Net Suite, People Soft, similar)
- Experience with procurement or expense systems a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CTP designation (completed or in progress) is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation abilities
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels
4 days a week onsite (Fridays remote)
