What You’ll Do- Search for growth becoming reality – support our investment team in identifying companies where innovation, fundamentals, and evidence converge.
- Analyze global companies and industries using Axiom’s proprietary research tools (Axware) to evaluate growth drivers, risks, and valuation.
- Collaborate through rotational pairings with senior sector analysts to gain broad exposure across sectors and geographies.
- Participate in weekly team discussions and sector teach‑ins to deepen knowledge of industries, macro trends, and market dynamics.
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring and stock coverage, tracking earnings revisions, estimate changes, and key performance indicators.
- Engage directly with portfolio managers to understand portfolio construction and risk management in practice.
- Present research and ideas to senior investment leadership in a collaborative environment that values intellectual curiosity, integrity, and evidence‑based debate.
