Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Fund Finance AVP to join their Greenwich, CT office.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with iCapital’s implementation teams on new business initiatives and fund launches
- Review feeder fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) and underlying fund operational questionnaires before launch
- Advise internal legal and fund origination teams on fund finance–related considerations
- Assess underlying fund commitment sizes and analyze feeder fund expenses
- Oversee quarterly feeder fund NAVs, partners’ capital account statements, and KPI tracking
- Approve capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and related notices prepared by administrators and Fund Finance team members
- Participate in management‑level meetings and prospective client on‑site due diligence.
- Authorize quarterly management fee payment wires
- Partner with Technology and Product teams to drive process automation and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and oversight of annual US GAAP financial statement preparation
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience from a fund admin is preferred
- Detail‑oriented and analytical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mid-Senior level
- Full‑time
