A leading global credit investing firm with over ~$20B AUM is looking to add a Private Credit Associate to join the Direct Lending team in Greenwich, CT. The firm has a proven track record of performance across market cycles, anchored by a rigorous investment approach and deep sector knowledge. Associates play a vital role in the evaluation and execution of investments.

Associates will assist in the identification, assessment, recommendation, execution and monitoring of investments.

• Partnering with a senior deal professional to perform work as outlined above.
• Conducting detailed industry and company-specific due diligence.
• Constructing a fundamental company valuation.
• Analyzing the company's capital structure.
• Evaluating alternative financing structures.
• After thoughtful analysis of the risk/reward profile of the potential investment, the team will make a recommendation to the investment committee.

• 2‑3+ years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance or restructuring required.
• Excellent analytical, financial and problem‑solving skills.
• Keen financial acumen and entrepreneurial skills.
• Able to synthesize a broad set of information into a cogent investment thesis.
• Strong work ethic, commitment, excellent judgment, and works well on a team.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
