Job Description Fund Controller Overview The Fund Controller will oversee accounting, reporting, and internal controls for diverse asset portfolios.

Collaborate across departments to support investment strategies and operational efficiency.

Provide financial reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and investor relations.

Work with fund administrators to ensure accuracy and consistency in NAV reconciliations.

Fund Controller

Key Responsibilities & Duties Reconcile NAVs for funds, ensuring consistency and accuracy in calculations.

Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee the review of annual financial statements and support audit processes.

Calculate and review advisory fees, including management and incentive fees.

Coordinate regulatory reporting and respond to investor inquiries effectively.

Analyze performance metrics across complex financial strategies and instruments.

Lead initiatives to implement automation and AI-enabled solutions for process optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Engage in special projects to support organizational goals and innovation.

Fund Controller

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.

Minimum of 8 years of experience, with 15 years preferred in relevant roles.

Experience with financial products like fixed income securities and derivatives is advantageous.

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for automation and process improvement is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
