The Compliance Department at Millennium adopts, implements, and enforces a compliance program encompassing policies and procedures, processes, systems, controls, surveillance, testing, and reporting. The team partners with World Quant, a global quantitative asset management firm, to support a thoughtful, practical compliance approach across its global operations, investment activities, and regulatory footprint.

• Serve as a dedicated Compliance resource supporting the World Quant relationship
• Develop a detailed understanding of World Quant’s global operations, quantitative trading infrastructure, and regulatory footprint
• Assess complex compliance matters, identify relevant risks and requirements, and drive issues through to resolution
• Lead compliance initiatives such as discrete projects, defining scope, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and clear deliverables
• Develop practical compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, memoranda, and recommendations tailored to a global quantitative asset management business
• Partner with business, Legal, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to address compliance questions and evolving regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify compliance risks, process improvements, and opportunities to strengthen the control environment
• Communicate complex regulatory and business issues clearly and actionably while applying sound judgment to balance regulatory rigor with operational practicality

• 12-15 years of compliance experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, or a related regulatory environment
• Extensive experience supporting investment advisers or asset management businesses, preferably with exposure to quantitative, systematic, or alternative investment strategies
• Strong understanding of how a quantitative investment manager operates, including the interaction among investment, trading, research, technology, operations, and compliance functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance matters and translate requirements into practical, implementable solutions
• Proven project management capability, including ownership of work streams from initial assessment through delivery and implementation
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous issues into structured, actionable components
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
