Associate / Senior Associate, Wingman Growth Partners
Greenwich, CT | In office Monday through Thursday, remote Fridays
Who we areWingman Growth Partners is a growing private equity firm with a $215M fund raised in 2026. We buy founder-led, mission-critical vertical software businesses with $5M to $30M of ARR in the U.S. and Canada.
We look for companies that are the system of record and mission critical for their customers: deeply embedded in daily workflows, sticky, and positioned to grow through both organic expansion and M&A. We are a founder’s partner, not just a capital provider.
Our team comes from some of the largest investment firms in the world, including General Atlantic, TA Associates, KKR, Blackstone, and Vista Equity Partners. We have built Wingman to combine that institutional rigor with the speed and ownership of a small firm, and we are growing.
Why this roleWe are building out our investment team, and this is a chance to get in early at a firm on the rise. You will not be one of dozens of associates. You will sit next to the partners, work on live deals from day one, have real responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, and grow your role as the firm grows.

- 401(k) with employer match
- Remote Fridays
