* Explaining diagnoses and plans of care, ensuring patients fully understand their treatment process.
* Modifying treatment strategies as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.
* Collaborating with referring physicians to provide regular updates on patient progress and status.
* Ensuring discharge records are complete, including signed progress notes and final recommendations.
* Building and maintaining a full caseload, meeting weekly patient visit expectations.
* Promoting long-term care, including periodic follow-up visits for prevention and wellness.
* Supporting and collaborating with fellow team members to foster a respectful and professional environment.
