• Conducting diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning for newly referred patients.
• Provision of individual and group behavioral interventions.
• Collaboration with physicians and other multidisciplinary staff for direct patient care.
• Collection of outcome data related to clinical care.
• Engagement in community outreach.
• Participation in departmental meetings and activities.
• Participation in training, supervision, and consultation activities.
• Maintaining charts on all clients in accordance with Quality Assurance policies and procedures.

EDUCATION

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical psychology from an APA-approved graduate program.

EXPERIENCE

Individuals trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT); who embrace a biopsychosocial model of understanding and treating psychiatric illness; have experience in obesity medicine; and are committed to program development are encouraged to apply.

LICENSURE

All candidates must be license-eligible in the State of Connecticut.
