What You'll Do:- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and lifestyle changes.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- A minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy, home health experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
