Position Overview- Provide direct and consultative behavior support services for the dedicated “Positive Pathways” program, which is designed to proactively teach and reinforce social-emotional skills and positive school-wide behavior for all Pre‑K to Grade 5 students.
- Develop, implement, and oversee Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Deliver training and ongoing coaching to school staff on the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data‑driven behavior strategies.
- Monitor and analyze behavior data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications.
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification alongside a Connecticut Professional License to practice as a BCBA.
- Prior experience in a school-based or clinical setting serving the Pre‑K to elementary school population (Grades K‑5).
- Top Compensation:
Earn $43.40 – $49.50 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
