This is a high-paying opportunity serving a preschool caseload, providing essential early intervention and developmental support to young learners.

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to preschool students
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
• Support students in fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active Connecticut OT license
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
