Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
The Culture & Engagement Analyst supports the design, execution, and measurement of QXO’s enterprise culture, values, and engagement strategy. This role uses data and insights to help leaders understand how culture drives performance and belonging across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable translating data into stories that inspire action.
What you’ll do:
- Administer and analyze enterprise engagement and pulse surveys; summarize themes and recommend actions.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key culture metrics (engagement, retention, recognition participation, belonging index).
- Partner with People Analytics and HR Business Partners to connect culture data to business outcomes.
- Conduct focus group and qualitative analysis to complement survey results.
- Support measurement of values activation and recognition program impact.
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations and quarterly culture scorecards.
- Maintain project trackers and timelines for culture, engagement, and belonging initiatives.
- Provide analytic and coordination support for M&A culture integration and recognition program pilots.
What you’ll bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, employee experience, or related functions.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to translate data into insight.
- Understanding of employee engagement survey methodology preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
