We seek a seasoned Power BI Developer Lead, proficient in Power BI, SQL, data modeling and conceptual architecture. Experience with other BI tools is a plus.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design optimal data models.
• Lead multiple Power BI development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to development teams.
• Design Power BI architecture and assist in conceptual design of BI solutions.
• Develop advanced DAX solutions and maintain data models.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• 6‑10 years of experience in BI development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with DAX and Power BI architecture.
• Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Qlik View.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead teams, and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
• On‑site in Greenwich, CT, and willing to work across U.S. time zones, collaborating with teams in India.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required.
