About the Role
You will be the core engineer of the new data squad, building pipelines, models, and the infrastructure that enables clean, reliable, and fast data delivery for business and data science needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automated ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Develop reusable data models and maintain high data quality.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver production-ready datasets.
- Support real-time and batch data needs across multiple business domains.
- 7-10+ years in data engineering; at least 3 with Snowflake + dbt in production.
- Advanced SQL and Python; strong software engineering habits (version control, CI/CD).
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and pipeline reliability.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
